Over the past 15 years, Mark has delivered a range of new build and refurbishment schemes as P21+, P22 and P23 Project Supervisor, from minor works to major developments exceeding £20m. Mark works closely with design and clinical teams to understand specific requirements, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused environments are delivered.
Zoe actively supports the effective delivery of healthcare construction and transformation projects. She coordinates and communicates on a daily basis with key NHS partner specialists, including both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, as well as external consultants, statutory bodies, and project contractors. Zoe excels in developing comprehensive engagement and communication strategies.
Louise is an experienced transformation programme manager with 25 years’ leadership experience across the public and private sectors, including eight years delivering healthcare and NHS programmes. She works closely with Estates, Facilities and Operational teams to deliver capital schemes, estate redevelopments and operational change aligned to clinical and financial strategies. Louise leads a diverse portfolio of P22/23 and Design and Build schemes, ranging from new builds to complex phased redevelopments in live environments, adapting her approach to successfully deliver improved healthcare outcomes.
As the Business and Social Values Manager for MultiHealth Specialists, Colette serves as the key liaison for clients and provides support to the wider MHS team in the delivery of Capital and P22/P23 Project Management programmes. The role includes day-to-day management of key business requirements, leadership of social value commitments, oversight of human resource planning requirements, and the promotion of organisational achievements.
